The Madnani Theater is a newly renovated 49-seat black box theater located in the heart of Hollywood. With our convenient location, we are a favorite both during Fringe and throughout the year for intimate productions!

The space is available for rental, including limited or full-length productions, acting and improv classes, auditions, readings, rehearsals, community meetings, film screenings, and special events. The Madnani Theater is also available for film, television, and commercial shoots.

  • State of the art telescopic seating which allows flexibility to retract to 15 seats and enlarge the stage area

  • Green room with adjoining stage entrance
  • Makeup mirrors and lighting with retractable countertops
  • Cast and crew restroom in the green room
  • Sound and light tech booth located above the stage

The Madnani Theater does not provide box office services, technical staff, public wi-fi, or streaming services.  Street parking is available and is subject to restrictions as posted.
